Delivery/Returns Policy


we use royal mail for our uk deliveries. for orders placed before midday we aim (but can’t guarantee) for them to be processed that day. orders placed over the weekend or on a bank holiday will not be dispatched until the next working day.

standard delivery (2-3 days) – free

express delivery and overseas delivery charges will be notified at the checkout

we will do everything that we can to get your goods to you but as we use a third party carrier, there may be occasions where something out of our control affects your delivery time. Please note that delivery charges will be increased in line with any royal mail charge increases.


if you are unhappy with any item, we are happy to exchange or refund provided that the item is returned in its original condition in its original packaging within 7 days of receipt. please ask for proof of postage from the post office for your returned item as we cannot be held responsible for anything that gets lost or damaged in transit.

returned postage charges will only be refunded if the item is damaged or faulty but not where the damage or fault is caused after we have posted it out to you. please inform us within 24 hrs of delivery by email at to arrange for a replacement to be sent.
